Come with clean, dry skin and enough hair growth for the wax to grab. Gently exfoliating about 24–48 hours beforehand can also help prepare the skin. Avoid heavy lotions or oils on the area the day of your appointment. Most importantly, just come as you are there is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about here.

Absolutely! You can still receive a bikini or Brazilian wax while you’re on your period. Just wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment. You may be a little more sensitive during this time, but otherwise we can wax as usual.

Clients under 18 are welcome for select waxing services with parent or legal guardian consent. Age requirements and guardian presence may vary depending on the service. For intimate waxing services, additional restrictions may apply. Please contact me before booking a minor so I can confirm eligibility and make sure the correct consent requirements are completed prior to the appointment.

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

My time is reserved especially for you, so giving as much notice as possible allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business!

Most clients do best coming in about every 4 weeks, although your ideal schedule can vary depending on the area and your individual hair-growth cycle. Consistency is key! We’ll figure out the timing that works best for your skin and hair together.

Complimentary touch-ups are intended for hair that was missed during the original service and do not include new growth or hair that was too short to safely remove at the time of your appointment. After the 5-day window, a regular touch-up or waxing service may need to be booked.
